Our Join-in style Group Tours are a good fit for couples and those visiting with smaller groups (less than 8 guests). Although you’ll be with other guests, we’re no party bus and do not take anymore than 12 guests per group. The tours starts with us picking you up from wherever you’re staying in Fredericksburg. Throughout the day, you’ll be led by a personal wine guide who will have tasting appointments arranged at 3 venues (custom itineraries dependent upon availability). Along the way, we stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

All-inclusive Pricing – No need to worry about tasting fees at each venue, we’ve got you covered.
Lunch – After the first tasting, we will visit a local restaurant for lunch. Each guest can order whatever they would like and lunch is on us.
Reservations – Skip the lines. We make appointments and arrangements in advance that way we get the highest level of service everywhere we go.
Pickup and Drop-off Service – We will pick you up from wherever you’re staying in Fredericksburg, TX (5 mile maximum outside of town)
Transportation – We have Ford Transit passenger vans for the transportation portion of our tours.
Comfort – Depending on the weather, our vans are kept at comfortable temperatures. Onboard you’ll also find a cooler with bottled water, phone chargers, umbrellas and other amenities that might be needed during the tour.

Departure & Return
Local Pick Up – We pick you up from any location within Fredericksburg, TX.
Local Drop Off – We drop you off at your hotel or your Fredericksburg accommodations.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It is Texas, afterall. However, some tasting rooms are kept at cool temperatures throughout the year. We recommend wearing layers so you’re comfortable along the way.
Not all tasting experiences require guests to stand however, some are so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes, just in case.
Because we make appointments and arrangements in advance in order to receive the highest level of experience, we will adhere to a set schedule. Out of respect for the wineries and other guests, punctuality for your scheduled pickup time is paramount to keep us on track.
We want to ensure your time with us is a great memory, not a fuzzy one. We also want to show the utmost respect to our friends at the places we visit. If anyone in your group is asked to leave or is cut-off, we will conclude the tour and return you to your pickup destination.

We want to ensure everyone in the tour group gets the best experience possible. Although we take having fun very seriously, we will not allow any open alcohol in our vehicles.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for Saturday tours with groups of 5+ guests.
Applies to full or partial cancellations
- If you cancel 7 days before your tour you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 7 days and up to 48 hours before your tour, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 non-refundable fee per person.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour or fail to show up the day of, then the payment is non-refundable. This applies to incomplete parties as well.
