Policies

Policies

We realize that occasionally plans change so we adhere to a cancellation and refund policy that gives our guests some flexibility while allowing us to maintain good business practices and relationships with the places we visit.

So there are no surprises, be sure that you and your entire party are aware of all policies and expectations.

GROUP TOURS

Reservations made through our Guest Concierge:

  • Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your tour date.
  • A link for payment will be provided with your tour confirmation.
  • A deposit may be required depending on your tour date and time of booking.

Reservations made through our Online Booking System (Fareharbor):

  • Full payment is at the time of booking.
  • A convenience fee will be added to your total.

Cancellations: (Applies to full and partial cancellations)

  • 6+ days prior to your tour = full refund minus processing fees
  • Within 5 days of the tour or failure to show up the day of = payment is non-refundable

PRIVATE TOURS

Reservations made through our Guest Concierge:

  • A deposit may be required depending on your tour date and time of booking.

Reservations made through our Online Booking System:

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • A convenience fee will be added to your total.

Cancellations: (Applies to full and partial cancellations)

  • 6+ days before your tour = full refund minus processing fees
  • Within 5 days of the tour or failure to show up the day of = payment is non-refundable (Ex: You have a reservation for 8 guests and show up with 7, there will be no refund for the missing guest)

No Open Alcohol:

  • We want to ensure that your time with us is a great memory not a fuzzy one.
  • We are not a party bus or booze cruise and we cannot allow any open alcohol in the tour vehicles.
  • By paying your deposit, you are also confirming you agree and will adhere to our policies and guidelines. 

BASIC TRANSPORTATION

Reservations made through our Guest Concierge:

  • A deposit covering 2 hours is due at the time of booking.
  • A link for payment will be provided with your service confirmation.
  • Your remaining balance will be collected at the end of your service.
  • By paying your deposit, you are also confirming your entire party agrees and will adhere to our policies.

Reservations made through our Online Booking System (Fareharbor):

  • Payment covering 4 hours (our transportation minimum) is due at the time of booking.
  • Extra Hours can be added during the booking process.
  • You can also add Extra Hours during your service as we reserve the vehicle for you the entire day.
  • Your balance will be collected at the end of your service (if extra hours were used).

Cancellations: 

  • Cancellations made 3 weeks before your service = full deposit refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations made 2 weeks before your service = half deposit refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations made within 1 week before your service = no deposit refund

No Open Alcohol:

Behavior Expectations

Please keep in mind that the places we visit are family establishments. If one person in your group is “cut off” the entire tour will be over.

We are not a party bus or booze cruise and cannot allow any open alcohol in the tour vehicles.

If you get sick – We offer car sickness bags in all vehicles. Non use of sickness bags will result in a cleaning fee of $750 per incident.

Please wear comfortable shoes as some tastings will be standing.

No Minors

You must be 21 or older to join us on a tour. No exceptions can be made.

Punctuality is paramount

We have made reservations at each of our venues for your party. Please be prepared for pick-up at the agreed upon time.

Failure to be ready at your designated time may result in a cancellation of your reservation WITHOUT a refund. Yuck. Just be ready, folks.
