TESTIMONIALS

Great date night wine

Great date night wine! Easy drinker to enjoy while cooking and pairs perfectly with lasagna or your favorite pasta dish.

Palate pleasing approach-ability

Cellar Rat wines expertly achieve palate pleasing approach-ability without jeopardizing complexity. The blend balances nuanced notes of ripe raspberry, vanilla cream and violets with the rich mouthfeel you would expect from zinfandel. This is a wine made not only for Texas cuisine, but for warm evenings and long Hill Country sunsets.

Open it, chill it and enjoy

Open it, chill it and enjoy. This is a really pleasant summer red, that will pair beautifully with summer picnics and bbqs. Bright acidity with fine tannins and delicate, but sweet red berries across the length of the wine makes this a perfect chillable red.

I was on Clint's wine tour recently with several friends and Clint was knowledgeable, polite and flexible. He answered questions about the wine industry, the wine-making process, Fredericksburg/Hye-area wineries and the wines we sampled.

We had a fabulous time on our wine tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Do yourself a favor... book this group! Thanks for a fun day! 🙂

Future generations will come to revere cellar rats when they realize who did the actual work. Cellar rats will be recognized as heroes for surviving the freezing cold of winter cellars during cold stabilization, the blazing heat of summer sun during crush and the ear-splitting clank of the bottling line. Cellar rats will be seen as the carriers of joy for the culture and as the real drinkers of the product.

Amazing tour! Knowledgeable tour guide! 5 stars all the way! We felt right at home from the beginning. The Texas Wine Scene is happening, and you need someone that knows what's going on, not just a driver.
