Cancellation Policy — The cancellation policy is as follows. You may cancel up to ten days before the tour with no penalties. Cancellations within seven days of the tour will result in $25 per person being charged to the card on file based on the reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or failure to show up, will result in the full amount being charged to the card on file based on the number in the reservation.
Incomplete parties will be charged $50 per absent guest. Please notify your tour coordinator of any changes to party size within 48 hours of your tour.
Booking Policy — To book your Cellar Rat Wine Tour a credit card is required. Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation occurs. Credit card information is needed to hold the reservation. No charges are made until after the tour. Each guest can pay individually at the end of the day.
What information is required for a reservation —
• Valid credit card
• Address for pickup
• Phone number
• Confirmation of itinerary once finalized
No Minors — You must be 21 or older to join us on a tour. No exceptions can be made.
Behavior Expectation — We are all adults. Please keep in mind that the places we visit are family establishments. If even one person is “cut off” the entire tour will be over. We are not a party bus or booze cruise and cannot allow any open alcohol in the tour vehicles.
Please wear comfortable shoes as some tastings will be standing.
Punctuality is paramount. We have made reservations at each of our venues for your party. Please be prepared for pick-up at the agreed upon time.
